Our yard and storage team plays a vital role in keeping our marina, service department, and customers running smoothly. What You’ll Do Move and position boats safely within the yard and marina Assist with launching and hauling boats Coordinate storage logistics and organization Support service and sales departments with boat movement Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized, and professional facility Assist customers as needed What We’re Looking For Dependable, responsible individuals with strong attention to safety , 17 Ability to work outdoors in varying weather Team-oriented mindset Willingness to work weekends during boating season Experience operating hoists, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus (willing to train) Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening , 25 Full-Time Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay 401(k) with profit sharing Health insurance Paid vacation and holidays , 33 #J-18808-Ljbffr B&E Marine
