Job Title : Sr. Industrial Engineer
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Industrial Engineer to lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, cost, delivery, and overall operational performance while driving sustainable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Root Cause Analysis, and DMAIC projects.
- Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-based decisions.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to implement process improvements.
- Lead projects from concept through implementation and ensure sustainability of results.
- Coach and train employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and medical device manufacturing standards.
