We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pennsylvania.

Location:

Pennsylvania (Various cases available in surrounding areas)

Job Type:

Full-Time/ Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in home settings
• Monitor patient health and report changes to supervising RN/Physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Communication effectively with families and care team members

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
• CPR certification (current)
• Prior home are or clinical experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and patient care skills
