We're looking for a  results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our staffing business. This is a  selling Branch Manager role —you won't just manage the branch; you'll actively develop new business, build lasting client relationships, coach your team, and have a direct impact on revenue and profitability.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

This is a  hands-on sales leadership position .

You'll spend your time:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Making calls, networking, attending meetings, and developing relationships
• Meeting with hiring managers and business owners to understand their workforce needs
• Creating staffing solutions that solve real business problems
• Recruiting, coaching, and developing your branch team
• Setting sales goals and holding the team accountable
• Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service
• Reviewing branch performance and developing strategies to increase revenue and margins

Staffing experience is preferred, but we're open to strong sales leaders from other industries.
