Account Sales Representative - Packaging

About the Opportunity:
Join a dynamic and growing company that is expanding its presence in the packaging industry! We are seeking a results-driven Packaging Account Sales Representative to develop and manage customer relationships, drive sales, and provide innovative packaging solutions to businesses in the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong B2B sales background and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in B2B in food, consumer products, pharma and industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Sell a diverse product mix, including Corrugated, Foam, Labels, Thermoforming, Packaging Materials, Direct Contact Packaging Films, Equipment, Jan-San, Chemicals, Retail
- Lead with programs to achieve Program (PMP and Managed Services) goals , driving long-term value and customer engagement
- Provide consultative sales solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring value-driven partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale support
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, operations, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer retention objectives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success in industrial, packaging, manufacturing, equipment, automation, or distribution sales
- Experience selling a diverse product mix within the packaging industry
- Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
