Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Prior travel experience (at least 3 months)
• EPIC experience
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment

Description:

Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks if scheduled/needed on Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and the weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after New Year's Eve through New Year's Day. Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos). Emergency Department has a newly renovated facility with state-of-the-art monitors and communication devices. The patient population includes newborns to geriatric patients. Provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood, utilizing knowledge of age-related growth and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively. The key to Emergency Medical Services is the teamwork between the Emergency Department staff and the rescuers. Working as a team, personnel rely on each other completely from first responders to emergency room staff. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted.
