Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to support the emotional and psychological well-being of students. Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal regulations and organizational standards. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychologists, teachers, and school administrators, to provide comprehensive support to students. Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research, best practices, and techniques in the field of social work and mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at REBORN, you will primarily support students facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. These challenges can affect their academic performance and overall well-being. Your expertise will help these young individuals build resilience and develop coping strategies, ultimately contributing to improved academic and social outcomes. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. An active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with children and parents alike. Adept at problem-solving and demonstrating emotional intelligence when addressing sensitive issues. Ability to thrive in a collaborative remote work environment, ensuring the best outcomes for students. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a school setting or with youth populations is highly desirable. Experience implementing therapeutic methodologies, particularly with trauma-informed practices. Proficient in using digital tools for telehealth services, maintaining effective communication with both students and team members.
