Required Skills:

• Valid and current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Proven expertise in administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, and managing perioperative care
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with surgical teams and patients
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse medical environments, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical centers
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities to assist a diverse patient population
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s degree or higher in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Anesthesia
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
• Prior experience in specialty or trauma anesthesia is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Active state licensure as a Nurse Anesthetist
• Willingness to travel, if required, with travel reimbursements provided
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including potential evenings or weekends
