About the Position

Pediatrics Physician

Location: CA

Schedule: Approximately 1 week per month; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; weeknight and weekend call availability

Position Overview

Provide pediatric endocrinology coverage including outpatient clinic sessions, inpatient rounding, and call availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic coverage (in-person and/or video visits)
• Perform inpatient rounding and provide consult support to inpatient and emergency services
• Provide weeknight and weekend call coverage as needed during assigned weeks
• Manage insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring for pediatric patients
• Support infusion center activities including stimulation testing and other endocrine diagnostic procedures
• Document care in the electronic health record (Epic)

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with completed fellowship training in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Active CA medical license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Epic experience

• Start date: ASAP once credentialed
