Proclinical is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Project Manager to join a team in New Jersey. Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee and manage key pharmacovigilance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and corporate goals. This position focuses on vendor management, patient safety programs, and the development of safety systems. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a medical or life sciences field, or equivalent healthcare professional qualification (e.g., RN, RPh). Proven experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, with strong knowledge of safety reporting and compliance. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Advanced degree preferred but not required. The Pharmacovigilance Project Manager's responsibilities will be: Manage responsibilities related to Patient Safety Vendor Management, including oversight of Patient Support Programs, Market Research Programs, call centers, digital health initiatives, social/digital media monitoring services, and registries. Review and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) requirements. Oversee safety information reconciliation and quality control activities from suppliers and corporate partners. Support the development and maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF). Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collection programs and associated PVAs within the Global Patient Safety PV Oversight System. Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00/Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
