Job Description What Makes Us Different We’re not just another veterinary hospital. We’re a team that believes in trusting our people, supporting our patients, and being there when our clients need us. We are a unique combination of general small-animal practice and urgent care , which means no two days are exactly alike. Our patients benefit from continuity and comprehensive care, while also having access to a team that can respond when something unexpected happens. We’re proud to be a “yes” practice. When a patient needs care, we do everything we reasonably can to provide it. We believe in finding solutions, being accessible, and helping our clients navigate those moments when they need their veterinary team most. Reliability matters to us—not just for our clients and patients, but for each other. Most importantly, we trust our credentialed veterinary technicians to use the skills they’ve worked so hard to attain. We delegate appropriately based on each technician’s knowledge, experience, and abilities, rather than limiting them to tasks that don’t reflect their training. We want our technicians to think critically, practice confidently, continue growing, and truly function as the skilled veterinary professionals they are. And while we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We have a fun, supportive team culture where people help each other, communicate, laugh together, and genuinely want their teammates to succeed. We believe a great hospital is built not only on excellent medicine, but on people who respect and take care of one another.
