Assistant General Counsel - Public Finance & Gov Contracts
Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Washington, DC
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to provide legal advice on matters including economic development and public finance. This role requires five years of progressive experience in reviewing and drafting legal documents. A Juris Doctorate degree and D.C. Bar membership are mandatory. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and serving as FOIA Disclosure Counsel. This is an ideal position for candidates with a solid background in corporate law and public finance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
