TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44125!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. License: Must have a permanent state license in hand. Compact licenses are accepted for specific starts. Certifications: BLS & ACLS required. Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. Must-Have: One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Charge RN references accepted. Description: All start date, RTO/scheduling information, and shift details need to be accurate and confirmed at the time of submission. This information cannot be changed afterwards if an offer is presented. All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. Options for different shift patterns are available. Minimum of 18 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience is required prior to travel. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Required certifications must be active with nothing pending. Candidates cannot return to the facility for one year from their previous end date. All other travelers must be nicotine-free. A negative 10-panel drug screen is required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. This break can be deferred on a case-by-case basis. Modules completed pre-start and annually, with time required varying by specialty.
