Crest Haven Nursing and Rehab - Cape May Court House, NJ

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will oversee a team of nurses, provide clinical guidance, and support the development of nursing staff. Your expertise will empower our caregivers to deliver patient-centered care, addressing the unique needs of each individual under your care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff on the evening shift

  • Develop and implement effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and resource allocation

  • Conduct regular rounds, assessing patient care and identifying areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and staff performance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
