Shift Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 12-hour night shift (initial training provided on day shift)

Compensation: $28–$38/hour depending on experience + $5,000 sign-on bonus

Our client is expanding their on-site night shift maintenance team in Menomonee Falls and is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support 24/7 operations . This position offers strong shift stability, a $5,000 sign-on bonus , and the chance to work on advanced automated production systems in a safety-focused, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute scheduled and emergency maintenance on high-volume production equipment, including injection molding machinery, conveyors, automated production systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller units.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision.
• Support and follow preventive maintenance programs across production and facility equipment to ensure reliability, uptime, and compliance with schedules.
• Assist with machinery setups, calibrations, and adjustments to meet changing production needs.
• Read and interpret manuals, work orders, and electrical/hydraulic schematics to perform diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Provide clear documentation of maintenance activities, corrective actions, and work orders within the maintenance system.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with industrial equipment such as motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and automated production equipment.
• Basic familiarity with PLC systems or ladder logic is helpful, but not required.
• LOTO and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
