Per Diem Licensed Physical Therapist

If you're a licensed physical therapist interested in joining a team of compassionate healthcare professionals, you might be a great fit for our team. You will work with people who have trouble moving because of surgery or an injury and create a plan for effective treatment. This position is in charge of delivering physical therapy treatments to patients to help them feel less pain and move around better as well as developing their health and fitness plans. Our ideal candidate must be able to manage different types of patient issues while staying current on the most recent techniques and methods for treatment. This position requires a doctorate degree in physical therapy and current state licensure. Responsibilities: Obtain advice from and work together with other healthcare professionals Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings Ensure that patient care records are correct, and adhere to all regulations and guidelines Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues Qualifications: Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) is required for this position Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in Must have a bachelor's degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting Compensation: $110 - $130 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr EDENCARE HOME HEALTH AGENCY
