Employment Specialist

Hours Full-time, 37‑40 hours per week. Work shifts: earliest 8:00 am, latest 8:00 pm. Weekends: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Job Description The Employment Specialist will perform personnel and support duties for the Director of Human Resources & Human Resources Operations. The position requires a high level of confidentiality and quality work. Responsibilities include assisting in interviewing and hiring applicants for level 1‑5 positions, performing clerical and personnel duties, and supporting all HR duties across Bavarian Inn Lodge, River Place, Cass River, and affiliated Gift Shop locations.
