Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor role in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Compensation & Training Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until assigned a route Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑Day workweek; no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Qualifications Active driver’s license At least 21 years of age DOT medical certification Documentation of previous employment Preferred/Additional Qualifications Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position High School diploma, GED, or military service Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and drive in a teamwork‑focused environment Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
