Part-Time RN Case Manager: Care Coordination & Discharge

Loma Linda University Health in California is seeking a part-time Case Manager RN to join our patient care team. This role supports care coordination from admission through discharge in a Magnet-recognized, tertiary academic medical center with trauma and stroke center designations. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, at least two years of hospital nursing experience, and preferably experience in case management or discharge planning.
