Nursing Assistant (CNA)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals)

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed

• Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team

• Ensure residents’ dignity, safety, and comfort at all times

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota OR ability to obtain CNA certification within 4 months

• Facility-paid CNA class and training available for those not yet certified

• Compassion for seniors and those needing skilled care

• Dependability, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
