Position Summary The Marketing Communications Associate supports the execution of email marketing, CRM campaigns, audience segmentation, and event communications to drive engagement and lead generation. This role collaborates with marketing and sales teams to create targeted messaging, optimize campaign performance, and maintain brand consistency across communications. The position also supports content creation, campaign analytics, and multimedia marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and business growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Email & CRM Marketing Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns using Account Engagement (or similar CRM/email platforms), including email marketing, and lead nurturing. Coordinate with the Marketing team for development of applicable landing pages. Develop, design, and execute segmented newsletters with a regular cadence to engage targeted audiences. Implement drip campaigns that nurture leads, enhance engagement, and improve conversion rates. Create a repository of pre‑written text and email templates for sales teams, including Loan Originators, Inside Sales (BAT Team), and Account Executives. Optimize messaging through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance insights. Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and is tailored for each audience segment. Continuously analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Segmentation & Data-Driven Marketing Develop segmentation strategies to target specific audiences and improve engagement throughout the customer journey. Ensure CRM lists are well‑maintained and segmented for effective outreach. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with audience needs. Marketing Support Work closely with the Event Manager to develop pre‑ and post‑event communication plans that increase attendance and engagement. Ensure event invites, reminders, and follow‑ups are targeted using the right CRM segments. Support Account Executives in pre‑scheduling meetings with event attendees. Capture high‑quality photos and videos of company events, workplace activities, and other relevant content for social media and internal communications. Work with the marketing team to create engaging visual content that aligns with branding and storytelling goals. Edit and optimize images and videos for various platforms, including social media, internal newsletters, and corporate messaging. Maintain an organized library of visual assets for future use. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track and report on campaign performance, making data‑driven decisions to continuously optimize effectiveness. Monitor key performance metrics, such as email open rates, CTRs, conversions, and lead engagement. Continuously refine email timing, messaging, and content based on data insights. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2‑3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing communications, and CRM campaign execution. Experience with Salesforce, or similar platform. Strong ability to craft compelling, sales‑driven messaging. Ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance based on key marketing metrics. Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams. Knowledge of event‑driven marketing strategies and list segmentation best practices. Proficiency in email automation, A/B testing, list management, and segmentation. Work Environment This is a hybrid position which requires in‑office reporting to Anchor’s Thousand Oaks office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is optional Monday and Friday. Compensation The base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
