Executive and Mission Support Lead Location: McLean, VA Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly Position Overview At JMark, effective task leadership ensures mission success. We are seeking Task 2 Leads across multiple discipline levels to provide oversight of administrative and operational functions, manage staff activities, and align daily operations with strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to guide personnel while ensuring mission and customer priorities are met. Key Responsibilities Task Leadership & Oversight Direct the activities of Task 2 staff to ensure effective and efficient operations. Provide overall task management, aligning work activities with organizational and mission objectives. Serve as the primary point of accountability for Task 2 performance and deliverables. Administrative & Operational Support Apply insight into administrative and operational functions to streamline workflows. Ensure staff compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness. Strategic Alignment & Communication Coordinate with leadership to ensure Task 2 operations support broader strategic goals. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and certify alignment with priorities. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. 0–15+ years of experience in task management, administrative operations, or program leadership (multi-discipline levels available). Proven ability to manage staff, oversee deliverables, and align operations with strategic objectives. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD operations. Familiarity with federal task order management practices. Certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
