Finance Billing Specialist

Position: Finance Billing SpecialistLocation: Frisco, TX Job Id: 6882# of Openings: 3Garver is seeking a professional, motivated individual to join our Finance Team. This position will offer an array of responsibilities while supporting Garver’s Project Managers and the Finance Team.Responsibilities of this Finance Billing Specialist will include, but are not limited to:Working directly with Project Managers to set up projects and budgets according to contract specificationsMaintaining accurate records within ERP for project details, budgets, and invoicesGeneration of monthly billing packets for Project Manager reviewClient billingMaintain documentation of client related procedures, deadlines, and other guidelinesMaintain documentation of Project Manager preferences related to billingEfficient management and recordkeeping of monthly project reportsProvide financial reporting upon Project Managers requestPro-actively monitor AR and WIP aging and address them with assigned Project ManagersCollaborating with other Garver technical leaders or Finance staff for special projects as neededAiding other Finance Team members as requestedAll other related duties as assignedRequirements:3-5 years of billing or accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skillsProblem solver and highly drivenProven experience in utilizing ERP systems or specialized billing softwareThe successful candidate will have the ability to work on projects independently and collaboratively. They must have a service-minded approach, confidence in decision-making, and proven experience in effective time-management.
