Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere for both staff and customers.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members on all station procedures and company policies.
- Actively recruit top-tier talent and build a cohesive, highly effective team.
- Manage administrative duties while working hands-on alongside your staff.
- Utilize reporting and strategic oversight to drive revenue and achieve solid financial goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, quick-serve or fast-casual restaurant environment.
- A proven track record of meeting financial objectives and driving profitability.
