Location: Claremont, NH

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and premium guest experience.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere for both staff and customers.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members on all station procedures and company policies.
  • Actively recruit top-tier talent and build a cohesive, highly effective team.
  • Manage administrative duties while working hands-on alongside your staff.
  • Utilize reporting and strategic oversight to drive revenue and achieve solid financial goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, quick-serve or fast-casual restaurant environment.
  • A proven track record of meeting financial objectives and driving profitability.
  • A strong passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • Exceptional standards of trust, honesty, and integrity.
