- Wide Format and Sheetfed experience
- Finishing, die cutting, gluing, kitting/pack-out experience
- 3-10 years of estimating experience

Job Description:
The Estimating Lead is primarily responsible for producing accurate, timely, and competitive estimates across an assigned range of job types and complexity levels. Beyond hands-on estimating work, this role provides technical leadership within the department - reviewing larger and more strategic quotes, serving as a point of escalation for other estimators, and playing an active role in training and developing team members. This role combines strong individual estimating output with the mentorship and guidance needed to build a more consistent, capable estimating team.
Compensation:
$80,000to $110,000 per year annual salary.
