Schedule:

• Day shifts, four 10-hour shifts per week
• Schedule flexibility; department head open to blocking shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Consult closely with physicians to optimize patient care plans
• Manage pharmacokinetics to adjust medication therapies based on clinical data
• Utilize IT systems including EPIC and Omnicell for order management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in California
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Full-time availability during the contract term
