Trauma-Informed Shelter Operations Lead

YWCA Spokane is seeking a dedicated Shelter Co-Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a trauma-informed environment for survivors of domestic violence. The successful candidate will manage shelter personnel and foster community partnerships while upholding organizational goals. A Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are required.
