Position Overview

The Territory Manager serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on sales professional responsible for regional growth, customer relationships, sales team development, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies
Review market trends and communicate opportunities
Build and maintain key customer relationships
Review major bids, contracts, and pricing initiatives
Ensure CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly sales reports

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of industrial or chemical sales experience
Sales management experience
Water treatment, bleach, caustic, or compressed gas experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Travel Requirements

Up to 90% travel, including overnight travel.
Candidate must reside in the Glendale, AZ metropolitan area and regularly visit the Glendale manufacturing facility.
