You’ll focus on hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education — without the pressures of managing staff or running a business. Requirements We\'re looking for licensed Chiropractors with strong interpersonal and communication skills. To be considered, you must: Have a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree (or already be in the process of obtaining your Doctor of Chiropractic degree) Be passionate about patient care Have exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength Have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred) 2+ years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $72,000-$100,000+ (FIRST YEAR) for DCs with 0-5 years of experience $90,000-$120,000+ (FIRST YEAR) for DCs with 5+ years of experience Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance HSA/FSA Options Company-Paid & Additional Voluntary Life, Short/Long-Term Disability Voluntary Accident, Hospital, Critical Illness, & Long-Term Care Coverage Student Loan Planning & Coaching 401(k) with Company Match Paid Parental Leave Flexible PTO, Company & Floating Holidays And much more!
