Front End Lead: Member Experience & Team Coaching

HBCU CONNECT LLC

BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise frontline operations and coach team members to deliver outstanding member service at our club. This role supports membership programs and front line operations, ensuring timely processing of member requests and adherence to operational standards.

The FEL delegates work, monitors staffing, and ensures a positive, safe environment while guiding a team focused on GOLD standards and excellent member experiences.
