Position requires 3 years of experience in the following: Articulating and advocating for a long-term product vision to stakeholders or Product strategy communication; End-to-end product lifecycle management for technical products; Prioritization and execution of product tasks with user-centric judgment or Product roadmap prioritization; Synthesizing technical and business options to create product solutions or Defining product requirements; and Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance stakeholders or Stakeholder management. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $184,200 - $237,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Develop the product vision and strategic roadmap by identifying user needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Translate strategy into action by creating detailed product requirements documents and defining key milestones for development teams. Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and legal teams to guide products from initial concept through design and development. Lead the successful launch of new products and features, managing the entire lifecycle from go-to-market to eventual retirement. Define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance, test hypotheses, and drive data-informed iterations and improvements. Drive product development by resolving technical issues, prioritizing features, and making critical trade-off decisions with engineering partners.
