At ISCO, you’ll travel nationwide to customer sites, deliver HDPE fusion solutions, and keep critical projects moving. You’ll represent a family-owned company known for investing in the growth of its team members—and you’ll do it with the autonomy and support to succeed.What the role looks likeYou arrive on site, set up fusion equipment, and execute precise plastic welding to specification. When issues come up—hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical—you troubleshoot with confidence and help from our support team. You keep communication flowing with the customer and coordinate with the sales rep. Between jobs, you may pitch in at the local plant for fabrication or shipping, and you’ll frequently train and certify customers on proper fusion practices.
