Gregg Smith Ford Lincoln, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team in Clinton, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while supporting our service department. This position may transition to full time with the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and promptly.
• Review warranty policies and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with service technicians and parts department for claim information and documentation.
• Track claim status and follow up as necessary to secure reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related correspondence.
• Assist with resolving warranty discrepancies and disputes.
• Provide support to the service department in warranty-related matters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
• Experience with warranty administration, automotive service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with computers and familiar with common office software.
