The Role We’re looking for a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm, greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and keeping our front desk and common areas running smoothly. You’ll be the face and voice of the firm for clients, callers, and visitors alike, and you’ll play a key role in keeping our office organized, welcoming, and well-supplied day to day. What You’ll Do Front Desk & Communications Answer and route incoming calls professionally, using the firm’s standard greeting Take and relay phone messages accurately and promptly Respond to general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate team member Monitor the admin email inbox and forward voicemails promptly Lock and unlock doors as part of daily office opening/closing Intake Support Serve as backup support for the Intake team as needed, assisting with initial client intake calls and related administrative tasks during high-volume or team absences Mail & Document Support Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries daily and track items in the mail log; prepare outgoing mail, packages, and courier pickups, and assist with mailings and package drop-offs Assist with document printing, scanning, copying, and filing as requested Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and manage the admin and conference room calendars Office Upkeep Keep the front desk, lobby, kitchen, and common areas clean, organized, and stocked, including daily counter, microwave, sink, and refrigerator cleaning and a weekly full refrigerator clean-out Run and unload the dishwasher Monitor and restock office and printer supplies on an ongoing basis, ensuring the office never comes close to running ou t What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, hospitality, or customer service required Comfortable greeting and interacting with clients and visitors in person, in addition to phone and written communication Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, in-person office environment Proficiency with standard office equipment (multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners) and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and follow-through, particularly with recurring cleaning, stocking, and calendar management tasks Dependable, punctual, and comfortable being the first point of contact for the firm Ability to exercise discretion with confidential and privileged information Ability to remain stationed at the front desk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry mail and deliveries up to 25 pounds Schedule This is an in-person, full-time, non-exempt role based in our Scottsdale office, 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the option of an unpaid lunch break. Compensation $19.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
