Onboarding Strategy & Ops Lead — SMB Merchants

DoorDash is seeking an SMB Onboarding Strategy & Operations professional to own the end-to-end SMB onboarding experience. You will identify inefficiencies, build visibility dashboards, and drive scalable solutions across cross-functional teams to launch merchants quickly and accurately. You will leverage data to uncover insights, define ownership, and drive automation, partnering with Product, Sales, Ops, and GTMT to improve onboarding timelines and reduce friction. #J-18808-Ljbffr DoorDash, Inc.
