Instructional Designer / Learning Content Specialist

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and regulated industries, is seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer / Learning Content Specialist to join their team. As an Instructional Designer / Learning Content Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development Training Compliance team supporting critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: 770 Sumneytown Pike, West Point, PA 19486

Pay Range: $35.00-38.00/hour, w2

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content using instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.

• Convert existing training materials into effective digital learning solutions to support modernization efforts.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate technical content into learner-focused training materials.

• Create and update eLearning courses, training modules, job aids, and reference materials, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.

• Publish, manage, and maintain training content within SAP SuccessFactors MyLearning, ensuring proper tracking and assignment.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of instructional design and content development experience.

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors MyLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

• Experience developing and publishing eLearning content, including proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
