Instructional Designer / Learning Content Specialist

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical and regulated industries, is seeking a dedicated Instructional Designer / Learning Content Specialist to join their team. As an Instructional Designer / Learning Content Specialist, you will be part of the Learning & Development Training Compliance team supporting critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $35.00-38.00/hour, w2
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content using instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
Convert existing training materials into effective digital learning solutions to support modernization efforts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate technical content into learner-focused training materials.
Create and update eLearning courses, training modules, job aids, and reference materials, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
Publish, manage, and maintain training content within SAP SuccessFactors MyLearning, ensuring proper tracking and assignment.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of instructional design and content development experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors MyLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience developing and publishing eLearning content, including proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
