Fulfillment Center Floor Manager

Jim’s Formal Wear (JFW) is hiring a Fulfillment Center Floor Manager, referred to as a Production Manager, at our Trenton, Illinois location. The Production Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day operations on the production floor, overseeing Production Coordinators, Team Leaders and Team Members and working with the Regional Manager to ensure orders are pulled, shipped, inspected and cleaned in a timely manner. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop production teams Manage production schedules and daily operations Monitor productivity, quality and inventory accuracy Implement process improvements and Lean initiatives Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility needs Manage operational reporting, budgets and vendor relationships Qualifications Manager / Leader for 2+ years Microsoft Office suite knowledge Google Workspace proficiency Highly organized Ability to make tough decisions Goal‑oriented Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Fulfillment center experience (preferred, not required) Shipping and receiving experience (preferred, not required) Commercial laundry experience (preferred, not required) Benefits Salary Range: $62,000.00 to $72,000.00 Annually Total compensation $80‑95K, base salary & bonuses 401(k) package with company match 100% Employee‑Owned (ESOP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
