Service Advisor Opportunity

Ray Laethem is looking for a full-time service advisor to make real money and keep customers happy.

Tired of Stellantis headaches? Parts that never show up, tech lines that go nowhere, angry customers yelling at you for factory problems, and barely any commission on warranty nightmare jobs? We're a high volume GM Dealership looking for one high-performance service advisor who's done fighting that battle.

Here's what you'll actually get:

Fast parts availability- our parts manager used to be a tech and will run parts himself if needed
Over 100 courtesy vehicles so customers stay happy even when we're waiting on parts
Dedicated electrical/software tech plus transmission, heavy line, and quick-service techs who get cars in and out
Real commission upside-you'll sell profitable maintenance, brakes, and suspension work, not just chase warranty hours
Transparent team culture- we post the numbers daily, celebrate wins, and our owner works in the service lane
Goal: #1 NPS score in the country

Requirements:

Previous experience as a service advisor, or similar customer facing role
Ability to multi-task and manage a busy schedule in a fast paced environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proficient with computer systems and software
