We're seeking a skilled Senior HVAC Installation Crew Leader to oversee installations, guide team members, and help drive continued success in our growing company.Compensation & Benefits$33.00 - $39.00 per hour, based on experience and performanceUp to $2,000 sign-on bonusOvertime pay opportunitiesHealth & Dental Insurance (employer pays 50% of employee premium; family options available)Optional Vision coveragePaid Vacation and HolidaysTool allowance accountTuition reimbursement for HVAC-related educationCompany vehicle, uniform, and cell phone providedSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and rotational evening work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee full residential and light commercial HVAC system installationsEnsure all projects meet or exceed company quality and safety standardsProvide exceptional customer service on every job siteTrain, mentor, and supervise installation team members for efficient, high-quality resultsRead and interpret wiring diagrams, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal fabricationTake full ownership of assigned jobs while collaborating effectively with the teamMinimum QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experiencePrior lead or supervisory experience in HVAC installationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a clean record (no DUI or reckless driving in the past 5 years)Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentsUniversal EPA CertificationStrong customer service mindset and proven leadership abilityWillingness to obtain low voltage license within 2 years and NATE certifications within 1 yearPreferred QualificationsHVAC technical school certificate or formal trainingPersonal set of professional toolsStrong troubleshooting skillsClean, insurable driving recordReliable attendance and positive team-oriented attitudeIf you're a dependable, high-performing lead installer ready for top-tier pay, excellent benefits, stable employment, and a true leadership role, we want to hear from you.Apply today and take the next step in your HVAC career with a company that values your expertise and supports your growth.NO PHONE CALLS OR WALK-IN INQUIRIES.
