- Meet with Behavior Analysts and lead RBT's to support clinical and administrative tasks
- Monitor and maintain proper patient supervision
- Review clinical report
- Coach staff on relationships with caregivers and community collaborators
- Lead Special Interest groups
- Work with Director to identify regional needs and areas of improvement
- Represent our organization at local events
- Manage staff performance
- Discuss caseload weekly with Director
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior science, social work
- BCBA certification
- 2-3 years experience as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with ASD
- 2-3 years experience designing ABA programs as well as training caregivers and instructors on how to implement these interventions
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB, PRT
- Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA
