Job Description

As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization. • Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $185/hour to $190/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend included.

About Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center

• PED Volume: 18,000
• Admission Rate: 7.5%
• The Pediatric ED is supported by pediatric medical and surgical specialists, including surgery, neurology, cardiology, radiologist, anesthesiologists. All other specialties available by transfer or referral
• 275-bed acute care hospital is part of the Adventist HealthCare System
• Medical staff of over 1,000 physicians
• Construction is underway for a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, and Cath Lab Suite (estimated to open in 2026)
