REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Hourly Rates Range:$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr. based on experience/discipline. Opportunity: * Pediatric Client - 4 year old female in 28202. Every Tuesday & Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm. Has down syndrome with g-tube, med administration and assistance withADLs. HAS CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS * Veteranclient - 71 year old male client in 28227. Every Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm.Requires help with shower, apply prosthetic, meal prep, assistance with ambulation, monitor skin integrity, check blood sugar, administer insulin, administermedication/breathing treatments, head to toe assessment. * Assessments/Reassessments - Looking for a RN who can help open up new cases and reassess existing clients. * Infusion/Wound care - RN who is comfortable doing both. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
