Valet Supervisor

Description As a Valet Supervisor , you will be responsible for assisting guests as the first point of contact and providing superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles, safety compliance, scheduling, and overseeing operation of Valet Department This position requires flexible scheduling availability. Requirements Job Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age Park and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer service Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions Job Qualifications: Knowledge of local roads and routes to area attractions and points of interest Having a proper, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary Ability to work well in stressful situations Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
