Marketing/Events & Sales Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events for all five businesses.
- Manage social media content and posting schedules.
- Create flyers, graphics, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate email and text marketing campaigns.
- Work with local chambers, nonprofits, and community partners.
- Update websites and online listings.
- Organize sponsorships and vendor relationships.
- Photograph or coordinate photo/video content.
- Track marketing calendars, deadlines, and event logistics.
- Report monthly on marketing performance and event attendance.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–5 years of marketing or event planning experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp (or similar), and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable attending evening or weekend events as needed.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple brands simultaneously.
