General Manager

Resteraunt opens in Orland Park this November, and we're looking for the person who will run it. Not maintain it — run it. You'll be hired before the dining room is finished, and you'll help choose the team that fills it.

What you'll own: the full P&L, front- and back-of-house leadership, hiring and developing a team of roughly fifty-five, service standards, scheduling and labor cost, vendor relationships, health and safety compliance, and the daily decisions that determine whether a guest comes back.

What we're looking for: three or more years running a full-service restaurant as GM, or a strong AGM ready to step up. You've managed real volume and can read a P&L without flinching. You hold a standard without burning through staff — we're building somewhere people want to stay. Openings, high-volume seafood or scratch kitchens are all a plus. Arabic or Spanish is a plus, not a requirement. Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification, or willingness to obtain it.
