Registered Nurse (RN II) – Med Surg Med Surg 3rd Floor South- RN- Full Time / Days Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, TX 76244 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour) Day Shift; 7A-7P x3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays Department Highlights Med Surg 3rd Floor South Ranges from around 18-22 patients Workplace culture 2nd to none Great benefits/ 401k / PTO Highly engaged management Here’s What You Need Education - Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Or - Associate's Degree Nursing required Or - Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Experience - 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital setting preferred Licenses and Certifications - RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required And - BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required - CPI- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (maintained annually) 90 days required And - ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (charge only) 90 days required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
