Role Overview:

The Onsite Recruiter acts as the primary liaison between the company and the client’s internal HR team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of industrial manufacturing talent while maintaining a physical presence at the client facility to ensure operational excellence, employee retention, and high-quality placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Onsite Operations & Employee Relations:

• Manage the day-to-day onsite presence, including greeting the HR office daily to assess immediate needs.
• Conduct regular "floor walks" to interface with supervisors and gather feedback on new employee performance and general operational status.
• Engage with temporary staff in break rooms to collect feedback on job satisfaction and actively solicit employee referrals.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by assisting with necessary paperwork and developing efficient HR processes.
• Monitor and mitigate turnover by ensuring quality placements and resolving employee issues promptly.

Administration & Reporting:

• Manage and track referrals, personnel needs, and terminations received from client HR.
• Audit and report any personnel or operational issues to senior management.
• Maintain organized files and documentation, planning daily schedules and updates for management.
