CDI Specialist - ICD-10 & Revenue Integrity

United Health Services (UHS) seeks a CDI Specialist – CDI-coder to perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient records, ensuring complete and compliant documentation for accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and MS-DRG assignment.
You will collaborate with providers, coders, and quality teams to clarify documentation and support data capture for clinical, financial, and regulatory reporting. This is a day shift with 40 hours per week in the Southern Tier, NY region.
