Job Description:

We are seeking a  Senior Business Analyst with strong experience delivering enterprise applications for  State of California/Public Sector  clients. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering business requirements, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience with  State of California/Public Sector projects
• Expertise in Requirements  Gathering, BRD/FRD, Gap Analysis, and Process Mapping
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SDLC, UAT, and Change Management
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions
• Proficiency with  JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar BA tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with  Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Cloud-based enterprise applications
• Knowledge of  Data Analysis, SQL, API Integrations, or Reporting tools
• CBAP, CCBA , or  Agile certification is a plus
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives
