Collections Specialist

Maximizing cash inflow, the full-time remote Collections Specialist will own the collection process for customer accounts, conduct high-volume outreach to past-due clients, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment disputes. Key Responsibilities: Own the portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of all outstanding balances Conduct high-volume outbound collection calls and emails to notify customers of past-due balances and encourage prompt payment Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and recommend practical resolution options based on customer payment history Required Qualifications: 5+ years of collections experience within an MSP, SaaS, IT services, telecommunications, or recurring revenue environment Bachelor's degree in accounting Proficiency in accounting software, such as NetSuite Experience with MSP software, like ConnectWise Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, including Excel, Word, and Teams
